By using this website you agree to these terms. They are short, written in plain English, and govern your use of PostEmployed during our pre-launch period.
1. About this site
PostEmployed is a pre-launch consumer brand building income protection insurance and an upskilling platform for knowledge workers. Joining the waitlist on this site does not create any insurance contract, financial advice relationship, or other binding agreement with PostEmployed beyond your consent to receive emails from us.
2. No insurance contract
PostEmployed does not itself underwrite insurance. Our income protection product, when launched, will be issued by a licensed insurance partner and is subject to availability, your jurisdiction, and underwriting. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of insurance or a guarantee of any product, premium, or coverage.
3. No financial or professional advice
Information on this site is general in nature. It does not take into account your personal circumstances, financial situation, or needs. You should consider whether the information is appropriate for you and seek independent professional advice before acting on it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service. That includes mass-bot signups, fraudulent referrals, attempts to reverse-engineer or disrupt the site, and any use that breaks applicable law. We may remove records we reasonably believe were created in bad faith and restrict access where necessary.
5. Intellectual property
The PostEmployed name, logo, written content, and visual design are owned by us. You may share links to this site freely. Please don't reproduce substantial portions of the site or our brand without written permission.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostEmployed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
